Thanks for the help with the stove -- I think I have an appliancerfixer and a line on spare parts!
Now.... I've got this sink with a bad washer -- it drips you know ... "so why not replace the washer you idiot" someone (probably bender)is now bellowing -- well, that's easier said than done. There appears to be no way to get the faucet off from the top of the sink: http://www.asc.upenn.edu/usr/cassidy/temp/2004/sink1.jpg But rather some weird alchemy must be done _under_ the sink. http://www.asc.upenn.edu/usr/cassidy/temp/2004/sink1.jpg Which is jedi magic beyond my capacity.
