I was number one hundred ninety-something at 9:40 am at the Garden 
Courts.  I agree, they were very unprepared.  What sucked even more was 
that they only had 3 booths and one was broken.  There definitely should 
have been more booths.  I am told that at 7 am it was a 2 hour wait.
