Why is the democratic process pathetic simply because the majority of americans disagreed with you or I? If it had gone the other way you wouldn't be saying the same thing by why would it be any less pathetic to you? Simply because your side won? The same statement you made would be coming from the mouths of the republicans. "vision of the annointed" ? I will mark this up to misguided disappointment. It would serve this country and its inhabitants considerably if all sides had some respect for the democratic process even if their candidate didn't win.
