I was just wondering for those who have done insulation work, what were the costs? As I have no clue if it's expensive or not, I got an estimate for my whole attic (floor uplifted and returned) plus a small amount of work in a bay window for about $1600. To me that's a little high, but I really have no clue if it is. My attic is 18' by 50'. (approx. $1.80 per square foot) Hmmm...
Also, if anybody has every dealt with a company by the name of Leah Construction. The owner, Steve- he has a slight stutter, came out today. He was really fast, gave an estimate on the spot, and is able to start tomorrow or Saturday. I'm a little suspicious (someone that availble), but he said he has many crews that work for him. Any suggestions, cost estimates or ideas are helpful. Thank you in advance.
