hi,

a friend of mine just moved to the neighborhood and is worried about winter
gas bills (her apartment has radiators). she has a 1-br. apt that's
approximately 850 sqare feet, on the third floor of a house. if anyone
knows what they've paid in recent years for heat in similar spaces, i'd
really appreciate it if you could share that information so i can tell her
what to expect.

thanks!
sarah
