Wow!!! I love it -- linking UCD to the crime wave.

From what I understand, those two masked gunmen, when questioned admitted to having the "vision of the anointed" and explained that they had been forced into a life of crime in order to raise money to purchase authentic reproductions of their porch railing balusters so that their neighbors would not think less of them.  (They also admitted that they were part of the group that had supported demolishing the Library at 40th and Walnut until Robert Redford had intervened.).  The intended victim who ran out on to his porch with his handgun was merely trying to protect his original balusters from being ripped out by these scoundrels.

Since Eric Goldstein often bragged that a major drop in the crime rate of University City was the result of UCD, do you think that the miscreants found out he left and decided it was safe for them to come back?
