Hey, I was surprised by the trash problems when I moved to 45th and Chestnut, and it's not because I thought it would be suburban. I never saw problems like this in Greenwich Village NYC, 45th & Locust, 44th & Pine, Powelton Village, Rittenhouse Square, or Grad Hospital. I assumed that "city" meant that people kept their trash in their basement until trash day, or they got ticketed and quickly learned. This was a whole new experience for me.
