What is your biggest issue? Scab labor?

Over-Unionization of the city/state which leads to everything being much more unaffordable. It is possible to get a good wage and not be part of a Union. Unions had their day (and a few actually do still serve a purpose) but the vast majority of them seem to corrupt and gouge for unreasonable pay.

For example, the PA tollbooth operators starting wage is $15.76 an hour and they want more. These are people who could and should be replaced with machines and workfare workers (parts of FL make people on welfare work for it and one of the jobs they provide is min wage tollbooth operators). http://www.layover.com/cgi-bin/portal/printnews.pl/7613.html If they laid off all these people, they could afford to run septa and probably have a surplus.
