Reasonable options for not addressing your question in 12/04 or 01/05: 1) The subject properties are outside of the UCHS' operational area 2) The UCHS' primary focus is on the preservation of residential real estate 3) The UCHS understands the subject properties are outside of its sphere of influence
ok these sound like options, but 'reasonable' might not be the best word to describe them...
