So right. Its is sad and/or scary. This man is the worst kind of Republican.

Remarkably, Santorum is serving his second term as the Republican Conference
Chairman, the party's third-ranking leadership position in the Senate. And
to think that the Democrats keep getting their asses kicked by a party that
considers Santorum to be a rising star (and that we all live in a state that

perhaps he should be more generous to Amtrak, since he uses it. he is a
force (and has been since he got in office) behind wanting to end subsidies
for Amtrak, though he doesn't seem to call for ending subsidies to road
builders, airlines, etc. i guess it's easy to take Amtrak when you have a
travel expense account. should have quizzed him on that.
i was on the train from h-burg across from DeBardenis (spelling) sec. of
DCNR a few wks ago. he spent the whole trip on his cell phone.
