Aha ... evidence of the increasing crime wave in the area!
While it could be argued that simply recording the game for time-shifting purposes might be "fair use" (a position which the NFL and the rest of Hollywood disagree with) passing along a copy of it would clearly offend their sensibilities and be considered a crime.
