When I started at wharton seven or eight years ago, in my formal "welcome to penn" meeting with HR I was told "we tell you not to go west of 40th street" -- but I'd been living on 46th already for two years. And I'd been held up at gunpoint already.

Isn't it ture that penn actually had this as part of their formal indoctrination, "Don't go past 40th Street?"
