And, as we all know with absolute certainty -- the details were outlined in that same report by Charles Duelfer, Special Advisor to the Director of Central Intelligence, quoted as gospel by everyone opposed to the American intervention in Iraq, because he found no weapons of mass destruction -- France lead the UN in the "skimming" of Oil for Food program.
