Of course, she [Jainie Blackwell] doesn't have to listen to anybody if she keeps running unopposed.
Do you or anyone think that anyone has a chance against her? What about if they don't fit in to the majority demographic in her region. One of the guys here at work thinks she won't be ousted by anyone who isn't black.
