Someone should take his picture, and I'll make a very official looking wanted poster.

the first time he came over he said he had to get this locksmith from olde city and i said "it's your lucky day, there's a locksmith a block from here, i'll walk over with you." and i grabbed my coat, perfectly willing to show him where the locksmith was, and he said "actually, my girlfriend is going to help me." and shot off like an arrow.

the second time, he said the locksmith was already there but they wouldn't get his wallet out until he gave them the money. when i told him he'd already tried to pull this story on me before, he said he just needed to call the locksmith to tell them he was on his way. i said i'd call for him and he made up a random number and ran off after i'd dialed it.

it would give me some personal satisfaction to put up warning posters. but then i hear it's illegal to staple things to phone polls.

anybody know anybody at UC Review?
