The cats on Springfield and especially the many many cats owned by one 
person on 4700 block of Chester Ave take up residence in the community 
garden at 4713-15 Chester Ave creating an incredible health hazard. Cat 
feces and food crops do not mix! Many of us have tried to get this neighbor 
to reel in her cats but she laughs in our face. Just my 2 cents.

This guy ( I don't know his name a cat-loving former co-worker helped him 
out a few times) captures cats and takes them to the Morris Animal shelter
