[EMAIL PROTECTED] making public transportation less expensive! Just make it 
more reliable!!

I have been on a campaign where I call SEPTA and complain every time I have to 
wait for the 34 trolley. The number is 215-580-7800. When you call, make sure 
that they take your name and phone number - otherwise it's not an official 
complaint. My theory is that if the number of official complaints rises, 
eventually 
there will be a perception that something is wrong with SEPTA service that 
needs 
to be fixed.
