Frank, I thought I did acknowledge you were right. Maybe I didn't make it clear enough. You were right and I was wrong. Peace to you, and enough. Save that kudos for another occasion, Kyle.

However, PCPC has called a larger area "University City" in the past. I remembered it and went by that memory. I don't check with the government every six years to see if everything geographical it ever published has been revised. So I had reasons for being wrong, that I bet I share with many other people. I hope writing it up helped some people think more clearly about their neighborhood. The charm is we all remain free to call it whatever we choose. If West Philadelphia is a neighborhood to you, then so be it.

Craig, if you were first to publish a jigging of the Planning Analysis Section boundaries, then hats off to you! I admit I missed it when you wrote it. I'm not sure your goal was to explain the subject in quite the same way, and I'm not sure you've demonstrated it was all part of a monstrous plot by Penn. But thank you anyway.

Finally, I should note we live in a Section, not a Sector.

And here I was thinking that I had gone to the source and gotten the correct information in the first place. Tony made a phone call and got a more detailed, but essentially the same, answer all because *he* couldn't say "thanks for the updated info" to *me* and had to keep trying to prove he was right. Yeah, kudos to him.
