I agree with Bob, and point out he has a strong background in finance and estate planning. I think Bob Gasparro is both a CPA and Lawyer. I know he wrote my "Will" and final health directives.
Matt Wolfe is also a good lawyer. I was not sure he was accepting private work again. I know many good lawyers, but the ones I like best work in public service fields and can't (or won't) accept private consulting. Since I am in "Real Estate", the recent requests have all been related to Deeds, Mortgages, Title, Zoning and Boundary issues. Jim is very good and willing to work in all of these areas. My referral of James Moran, our 47th street neighbor, for these matters, is in no way meant to diminish any of the other good attorneys who live in, work in, or have a positive influence upon our neighborhood.
