On the morning of the SHCA May Fair, I saw that the police had 2 areas of
the Kingsessing parking lot taped off as they appeared to be investigating a
crime.
Another dog owner told me that there had been a rape/attempted rape around
3:30 am that morning and that the USP security had scared off the
assailants.
A number of my neighbors reported hearing a woman screaming in the early
morning.
