speaking of apples and oranges, did the article say anything about how the mt. airy bid was the brainchild of a large nearby university? or about how the mt. airy bid boundaries included a large nearby university which wouldn't be assessed? or about how those boundaries included 24 acres of undeveloped real estate, owned by a large nearby university?
