This message is specifically directed to respond to the remarks made through the listserve via Craig & John Ellsworth. This communication is intended only to provide information on a factual basis regarding the identity of Committeeperson and that of Committeeman7. However, before we begin, some housekeeping is in order. Firstly, Committeeperson and Committeeman7 are not one in the same. Committeeman7 is not a party to nor linked in any fashion whatsoever to Committeeperson and in that regard they will continue to remain anonymous…to all of us! Committeeperson is who I am. Who am I? I am, as the screenname says, literally, a committeeperson. I chose this title to provide a place of refuge for concerned individuals to share their concerns so that these concerns could be relayed to Councilwoman Blackwell and receive appropriate attention. Secondly, I am also Minitownwatch. I perform these functions for the community I serve, University City which is located in the West Philadelphia area. However, since I feel as if I was attacked, I will need to restrict my access and services to the confines of the boundaries denoted by the 46th ward, in the 23rd Division. I am a Notary, certified and duly registered in the county of Philadelphia and the state of Pennsylvania. I am also Minitownwatch. I coordinate the services of this satellite branch of the West Philadelphia Partnership Townwatch Network/Task Force. I have been performing this service for over 20 years. I have been using these screen names exclusively-they are not used by Marty Cabry nor other persons-they are linked exclusively through me and me alone. Finally, I have never worked for Councilwoman Blackwell, I do volunteer my services to the councilwoman's office, as I am able. The authors, my accusers, should be advised that instead of hiding behind your computers, your time and effort could be much better served through engaging in various activities focused on assisting the community in decreasing the crime rate and improving the overall safety of our neighborhood.
