what's ironic is that this whole thing began on tuesday when
melani posted an offlist email of al's (he was describing
for her the historic district meeting at the christian
school). melani posted his email on the list saying she
didn't remember this meeting, asking when it was held.

I then posted the answer for her, onlist, about a half hour
later: it turns out melani herself had announced that
meeting on this list april 22, 2002 (the meeting was on the
24th, according to her. at 7:30 pm at the the Spruce Hill
Christian School.)

I don't know why melani continued after that point to
continue to ask al, onlist, when the meeting was, and to
continue posting his offlist replies to her.
