Temple Journalism students are producing a moblog for Election Day (today!) in Philadlephia. A MoBlog is a blog made up of mobile phone voice posts. We are asking Philly voters to call in from polling places or other election-day venues around town and record a voice report related to Election Day events.
It's easy to participate: 1. Call the following toll-free number: 1-888-558-7678 2.When the automated system answers, enter the following: Authorized Phone Number: 2152048358# PIN: 2004# 3.You will be prompted to record your voice post. Once you’re finished recording your post, hit #. You will then be prompted to do one of thefollowing Review your recording - press 1 Re-record your message - press 2 Post your message publicly - press 3 4 – Don’t press this, your recording will not be posted 5 – Don’t press this, your recording will not be posted Delete your post – press 6 If you are satisfied with your post you should post it publicly by pressing 3. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE,YOU MAY DELETE AND RE-RECORD YOUR POST. We ask that you begin your audio post by identifying yourself at least by first name and telling us where you are calling from. For example: "This is John Smith calling from West Philadelphia."
