Temple Journalism students are producing a moblog for
Election Day (today!) in Philadlephia. A MoBlog is a blog
made up of mobile phone voice posts. We are asking Philly
voters to call in from polling places or other election-day
venues around town and record a voice report related to
Election Day events.

It's easy to participate:

1. Call the following toll-free number:

1-888-558-7678

2.When the automated system answers, enter the following:

Authorized Phone Number: 2152048358#
PIN: 2004#

3.You will be prompted to record your voice post. Once
you’re finished recording your post, hit #. You will then be
prompted to do one of thefollowing

Review your recording - press 1
Re-record your message - press 2
Post your message publicly - press 3
4 – Don’t press this, your recording will not be posted
5 – Don’t press this, your recording will not be posted
Delete your post – press 6

If you are satisfied with your post you should post it
publicly by pressing 3. IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE,YOU MAY DELETE
AND RE-RECORD YOUR POST.

We ask that you begin your audio post by identifying
yourself at least by first name and telling us where you are
calling from. For example: "This is John Smith calling from
West Philadelphia."

Voice posts are added immediately as soon as they are
recorded. A program automatically transcribes the posts, and
a team of humans will be on hand to monitor the incoming
content.
