Wilma, His brother told me that the opening is on January 21, a date selected by the family as propitious for the opening. It will be the only Monday they are open, since that will thereafter be the one day they are closed each week.

However, the PLCB held who delayed the Liquor License slowed the December opening of Vietnam Cafe. Let's see what happens.
