Does anyone know what was going on last night on Locust Street around 45th and 46th? There were a lot of police (marked and unmarked cars), someone (possible plural) running from them, and a helicopter in the air for a while. I sat on the porch for a while watching all of the activity, but I would love to know more then my own speculation. Is there a place that I can look to find out about it?
