Dear neighbors, It's 4:15 PM. I walked Pine between 40th and 41st at about 3:30PM.
I saw a workman tossing the trash on the sidewalks from the Campus Apt. buildings. It is not allowed to be put out until after 7 PM for pick-up tomorrow. One building near the corner of 41st has approximately 40 bags. This is important because UCD has a "working relationship" with the trash ticket enforcement that has been harrassing us. Campus Apts has been on the UCD board since the beginning. I broke my digital camera. If there is a way to get a picture with a time and date stamp, please please contact me. I'll go back with a disposable camera to get the picture with the light and snow and show this e-mail at my upcoming court appearance. . Thanks, Glenn
