Not Tom Lussenhop, but Ed Datz of the Penn Real Estate Dept. It was denied, in case you're worried. They'll probably appeal. Be on the alert.



question: how could this zoning request have been made without shca's zoning committee's approval? or did shca approve it? and if so, how did shca's zoning committee approve it without community input? or was there community input?
