Ed Datz of the U. Penn real-estate office confirmed this at the First Thursday meeting today.

"There have been some design changes to the extended-stay proposal," he said. "They will be presented at that meeting. If the proposal passes that step, then next it will go to the Spruce Hill Zoning Committee."

    * A criticism of the traffic study was submitted by the Woodland
      Terrace attorney and is being distributed to all members of the
      commission.
