Jim, I'm not sure if this helps but this is what I know....
On my way to take my two children to the playground I saw a large banner for the music festival with only one end tied to the west tree. This was Monday morning around 10am. The banner had flopped to the ground and the other end, that appeared to have once been tied to another tree, had been ripped. The grommet to attach the rope was missing from the banner, possibly still on the rope to the east tree. I wanted to try to rehang the banner if I could but I didn't have any way of reattaching the rope to the ripped banner, that and my 4 and 2 year olds were getting away from me. I left the banner still attached to the west tree but laid it so people could still read the sign as they passed by. We left the playground around 11:30am and the banner was still hanging from the one tree.
