Consumers,

A couple years ago, the subjects of the UCD had an early warning about
corporate trickle up economics called the BID. The neighborhood would collapse
if we did not allow Penn Real Estate to tax the poor, no questions asked.
Accountability and questioning the need for the money were simply the rants of
an ignorant mob of mostly criminals.

Recently, Mr. Wolfe published a letter in the DP reminding us that Penn Real
Estate/UCD thumbed its nose at the laws of the US. To this day, no
explanation, no transparency, no policies, and no accountability have been
offered to the subjects and consumers of the occupied district, showing that
corporate Penn is indeed above the law, just like Wall St.

Like the bailout, you are to sit around like helpless animals as the powerful
corporations stand above all law and demand tribute while they scare and
threaten you.

UCD is now taking more money from all to give to the few. They will keep 2/3’s
of grant money for themselves, which could be put to good use in the city by
credible organizations. The other third will be used to hurt businesses on
Baltimore Ave while rewarding cronies who wish to maintain “the vision” and
demand unquestioning loyalty to corporate power.

Why are people clamoring about the trillion dollars now? It’s, take from the
oppressed poor and give to the ruthless rich, that our neighborhood has
championed for so long.

So lazy little consumers, pay your BID tax and send the trillion on its way!

Please understand, I’m a leftist wanker who should be death rayed by the gang
from the censored Penn list. But ask yourself, who will get the death ray next
before the corporate paradise and your lattes go to hell?

>From an elite member of the intelligentsia,
