Dear friends and neighbors: I have just learned that the attorneys on both sides of the Campus Inn issue have requested a "continuance" on the hearing for the variance request by the Zoning Board of Adjustments. This request will presumably be granted. They may set an actual new date, or leave it up in the air as they did the first time. At any rate, attendance at the session to hear the request for and granting of the continuance would not seem productive because the ZBA already knows this is a contentious issue in the community. If anybody hears differently about the continuance, please advise us all right away.
