I have no sense of whether this site is kept current because I look
to see if the blue light is flashing at 42nd St. to indicate the
trolleys divert.

was trying to make is that after waiting over ten minutes nobody
had taken my call; in New York the answer to 311 is virtually
instantaneous, it rings once and a real person answers the call.
