Dear John Myers,

I have current listings for One, Two and Three Bedroom Apartments. I try to
keep my current listings up to date at the PENN Off Campus Living Site. I
think Miki Farcas and Ashley Darnell do a good job. It is the first place that
I would look when searching for an Apartment near Penn. The OCL Database
allows people to post apartments, (for a fee), in addition to searching for
housing.

You can link to OCL through the www.UPenn.edu site and reach the office by
phone at 215-898-9500 on weekdays.

Photos of most of my active listings can be seen at
   www.PicasaWeb.google.com/CampionEF
Please be aware that most of my clients will only rent to non-smokers.

Good luck to you and your colleague.

Hello, A colleague and his wife are looking for an apartment in University
City. They'd like to find a place that:- Has two (or more) bedrooms- Is a
quiet, non house-sharing, situation- Is available May 1st They haven't had luck
with Craigslist or local realtors so far. Do you know of an apartment that
they might be interested in? Any suggestions about where else they can look
for leads? Thanks, John
