Apparently there wasn't enough volume so they were removed. Seems odd that they would remove all 3 at once but they didn't ask for me.... Apparently if enough residents complain they will put one back. You can use their website to request they restore a mailbox: http://faq.usps.com/eCustomer/iq/usps/request.do?create=kb:USPSFAQ&forward=inquiryType Initially they removed 45/Baltimore, 43/Chester, and another one. My understanding was that the mailbox at 40th and Baltimore wasn't removed. However if it's now gone then I guess they are still at it.
