I had a bad tenant who abandoned a cute beagle. The SPCA told me that I can find him a home after 48 hours. He's a great little guy and gets along with other dogs. (Sam is thirteen and we are not set up for a puppy.) He is 1 to 1.5 years old.
Give me a call if you want to meet him and take him, 215 382 4565. I'm going to start cage training and you're welcome to the cage. He seems to have been trained to do his business outside although I think he has been alone a lot over the last month, as this guy went down the drain.
