Neighbors, This important report about Philly's finest is in the Daily News:
http://www.philly.com/dailynews/local/79288022.html?page=1&c=y Neighbors, never do this!!!! Page 5: "Last month, Cujdik allegedly delivered a chilling message to Westberry through a mutual acquaintance: "I'm gonna get a couple of guys from North Philly to torch his house."... Westberry called detective Eberhart, whom he had come to trust. Eberhart told him to call 9-1-1 and make a report, according to McGinnis." Neighbors, once you realize that the cops have targeted you, never do a follow-up by calling 911. The buddies of the dangerous cop will be the ones who arrive on the new call. If you are lucky, they will only threaten you or arrest you on a bogus charge. Go through your lawyer and let him/her determine if Internal Affairs can be trusted in the situation or if the feds should be called! It's hard to comprehend the system until you've been the victim, but this is serious business in US cities, especially Philadelphia!!
