Exactly so. Unless they get shot first.

I don't have a problem with living in a "non-get-shot" neighborhood. I don't regard our local institutions that help reduce street crime here as being enemies either of my own neighborhood, or of people who live in "get-shot" neighborhoods nearby. In fact, I think they're helping for the most part and I welcome their help.

I don't have a problem with hosting the kids from a nearby "get-shot" neighborhood either, when they want to hang out. We're all West Philadelphians. But as long as it works peacefully the way we're doing it, I think we should keep on doing it our way. Because it isn't working in other parts of town right now.
