Dear neighbors,
Could someone forward these posts to Mrs. Contosta of the University
City Review. Mr. West seems to assert her support for his evaluation
and conclusions about the Committee of Seventy in the Public Record.
They both appear to covet Mr. Stalberg's salary, according to West.
I asked Mr. West for a supporting statement from Mrs. Contosta, but Mr.
West thought I was asking about her marital status!
I want to tell her that I can't find any evidence in the text of her
article, which shows Mr. Stalberg attacking her journalistic integrity
as Mr. West asserts. I'd like to convince her that (from the text)
Stalberg was commenting about West's false facts and the lack of
journalistic integrity of the Public Record. I saw no evidence that
Stalberg was insulting her as Mr. West asserts.
If Mr. West really has her support, I'd like to convince her that West's
evaluation was complete nonsense. But then again, maybe her support is
just another one of Mr. West's little mistakes. Either way, she should
be informed of Mr. West's use of her name on this public listserv!

fundraising costs are consistently above the average for all nonprofit
associations. Stalberg claims he finally got his administrative costs
below the national average last year. Good for him, if true!
Stalberg is an odd person to pass judgement on the journalistic worth
of working press like Nicole Contosta and myself. He's a former
journalist who now holds down a comfy gig in the neighborhood of
$200,000/yr, shilling for the political agenda of Philadelphia's
big-business elite. Nice work if you can get it, Zack. How Nicole and
I wish!
