dished out by local Democratic politicians in government.
 
The candid statement is another counter to the spin local Democratic  
government tries to put on things to hide their legacy of failure.
 
Notice, the light standards planned for the center traffic lane of North  
Broad St received more and wider press coverage than this hoped to  be 
wonderful purposeful building. Of course any moron (nee city  planner) knows 
how 
critical the North Broad Street center lane is in rush hour  traffic for 
emergency vehicles and police trying to get to Temple Hospital.  Similar stupid 
planning by Democrats would never be tolerated by the South  Philadelphians.
