[UC] Subway Sandwich shop coming to Baltimore Ave

There was a poorly publicized meeting tonight at Spruce Hill Community  
Association with representatives of Subway and it was not terribly  
well attended. The (takeout only) Subway at 4633 Baltimore looks like  
a done deal, since there is no zoning variance required. That said,  
zoning meeting is Dec. 21 at 2:00. Corporate chains get their foot in  
on Baltimore Ave. :-(
