10:30 AM, Dilworth Plaza. 900-1050 jobs created for two years.
Four workers were observed today at Dilworth Plaza. This is the 2nd
time I saw 4 workers at Dilworth Plaza, since the groundbreaking for the
Levy ice rink. I saw two workers once, and the other few times I was on
site during working hours; there were none.
Wow. Paul Levy, Mayor Nutter, and corporate media seemed to have made a
simple math error! There are supposed to be 900-1050 jobs created for a
two year period through the $1 rental of Dilworth Plaza and the waste of
50 million dollars of taxpayer funds.
They wouldn't have fibbed to us again, d'ya think?

I once looked into this Negrin's eyes; I was terrified.
