Here is an excellent letter from a Philadelphia parent. Her description of the real situation in poor schools is very accurate, as are her observations for providing a quality education for all. Compare this letter with the lies, platitudes and pseudo-science coming from Wall St. backed entities and their servants in politics and academia.
