Dracula went missing late last night/ early this morning from 4917
Hazel Ave. Phila Pa 19143... He is a special needs cat, 3-4 yrs old,
7lbs, domestic short hair tabby, has one wonky eye/ his right pupil
is usally dilated. Draggy is a mouth breather and tends to sneeze
