The same problem here. Ubuntu Dapper, modem eagle-usb, and no connection. DSP code is not able to be loaded by sysctrl -d. Version 2.1.1-2 of eagle-usb-utils and eagle-usb-data (dapper installed and updated this morning...) Oscar
