This package is listed for inclusion in Lucid. It does nothing at all
in Ub9.10Karmic except throw these:

(gcursor:6868): Gtk-WARNING **: GtkSpinButton: setting an adjustment with
non-zero page size is deprecated
(gcursor:6868): libglade-WARNING **: could not find signal handler
'entry_selected'.
(gcursor:6868): libglade-WARNING **: could not find signal handler
'open_theme_dir'.
(gcursor:6868): libglade-WARNING **: could not find signal handler
'size_changed'.
(gcursor:6868): libglade-WARNING **: could not find signal handler
'extract_theme'.

A quick glance didn't show this package as existing upstream
(packages.debian.org), and man page says it was created for Ubuntu. The
original dev appears to be active on Launchpad, but does not list gcursor as a
related project.

The page: http://www.gnomefiles.org/app.php/gcursor seems to have been a
point page. The dev participated in the comment section, but the page
hasn't been updated in years... since the current gcursor version was
released in August of 2004.

Maybe this package should be put on notice to start the clock running on
a new dev or dropping from the repos (or however we do this in Ubuntu
community)?
