Better use 'dch -R "No-change rebuild ..."' instead of the "dch -l
build".

And I sometimes use "dpkg-source -b foo-1.0" and "dpkg-genchanges -S" to
build the new source package and generate the .changes file. I use this
when I'm too lazy to install a build-dependency to be able to run the
"clean" target (debuild -S). Especially as I only added a new changelog
entry.
