Toby,

I've read the details in bug #299427 as well so Jean-Baptiste's method  
might not work, but realising what sort of fonts Mathematica 4 package  
got I'm not sure whether I want it now. Clear it off would be a good  
idea.

I've decided to answer you through email as it's a policy on Launchpad  
to close duplicates.
