the solution is quite simple my friend.

You have to edit the file keyjnote.py and search for the word
"available" , you will find between # a comment from the author that
says that he intentionally exclude the effect that you're looking for.
Right behind that text you'll find all the effect that are listed with *
in the output that you expose.

So all you have to do is to add next to the other effects the name of the 
effect that you want for example I like "PageTurn" 
so next to one of those default effect just write it (pay attention that they 
are separated by comma).

so if a default effect is "crossfade", in the file is write it like this
-> crossfade, (put yours here),


then save an re-run the keyjnotegui and you'll see the effect that you add in 
the file
