Please sync gnome-rdp 0.2.3-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has updated its package build-deps for gnome 2.24 transition
which was the only ubuntu change. So the package can be synced again.
